Hail Mary!

On September 5, 2015 a sell out crowd of 89,959 packed Memorial Stadium to watch the Mike Riley era begin.  On field temps were 100+ degrees and were similar in the stands.
It had the appearance of a Nebraska come back victory after being down 24-14 at the half until BYU quarterback Tanner Mangum dropped back to pass and launched his game winning 42 yd. Hail Mary to teammate receiver Mitch Matthews. The Nebraska players and crowd were stunned. Only the BYU faithful were heard cheering in the SW corner of the stadium.
BYU defeated Nebraska 33-28.
